Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

At world-creation, we are committed to delivering high-quality physical products that meet your creative and aesthetic expectations. Each item in our collection is carefully crafted, packed, and shipped to ensure it arrives in excellent condition. Please review our return and refund policy below before placing an order.

Return Eligibility

Due to the made-to-order nature of many of our products (such as framed prints, canvas art, and custom decor), we accept returns only in the following cases:

  • The product arrived damaged or defective

  • The wrong item was delivered

  • The item was significantly different from the product description

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery and the item must be unused and in original packaging.

Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Incorrect sizing or color preferences

  • Normal wear and tear or mishandling after delivery

  • Sale or promotional items (marked as final sale)

Products like sketchbooks, photo books, and paper goods are also non-returnable unless damaged upon arrival.

Return Process

If your order meets the return criteria, you will need to:

  1. Request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Securely repackage the item with all original materials.

  3. Ship it back using a tracked service.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product, please place a new order once your return is processed.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, please document the issue (photos of the packaging and item) and request a return within 7 days. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
